My Personal Journey

My professional path began at New York University, where I honed my analytical skills with a degree in statistics and actuarial science, later embarking on a consulting career at Deloitte & Touche in New York City. While I valued the learning and team dynamics, I felt a pull towards broader cultural and professional landscapes, driving me to pursue an MBA at HEC Paris. This decision marked the beginning of an international career that would weave together diverse threads of my growing expertise and interests.

After my studies, I relocated to Germany, where I delved into corporate HR at Munich Re, the world’s leading reinsurance company, further enriching my understanding of diverse organizational dynamics and employee development across cultural boundaries. This role sharpened my insights into the nuances of human potential and organizational growth, laying a solid foundation for my next career move.

Raised within a family of entrepreneurs, I cultivated a keen entrepreneurial spirit that ultimately inspired me to establish an online art platform, blending my professional acumen with my passion for the arts. This venture not only challenged me to learn new skills but also solidified my role as a natural leader and mentor to others, fostering creative and professional growth.

Through my varied experiences, I discovered that my true passion lay in coaching— a skill I had been unconsciously honing throughout my career. My transition into professional coaching was a natural evolution, driven by a desire to empower others to navigate their paths with confidence and strategic insight which I have further evolved through my study and professional certification at the Moller Institute at Cambridge University. Today, I leverage my extensive background in consulting, HR and entrepreneurship to offer tailored executive coaching that helps leaders harness their potential and achieve their personal and professional goals.
